The general aim for this study was to determine the impact of a didactic proposal using technology to improve the understanding of Special Product in first semester high school students, to improve the failure rate. A total of 30 students participated in the study, of which 18 were from the control group and 12 students from the experimental group. To collect information, three instruments were used: a diagnostic evaluation, the didactic sequence, and a final evaluation. The design for this research was quantitative and quasi-experimental. The results showed that the didactic proposal helped in the understanding of the Special Products, thus achieving that the students could carry out the conversion of the graphic representation to the algebraic and from the algebraic to the verbal. 摘要
