摘要

本研究旨在探讨产品品质、服务品质和社交媒体对Banyuwangi通心粉购买决策的影响。本研究以定量方法为基础,本研究使用的数据为从被调查者对问卷的回答中获得的原始数据。采用简单随机抽样的抽样技术,抽取了多达100名回答者的样本。然后使用SPSS分析工具对所得数据进行处理,分析方法采用多元线性回归分析。结果表明,产品质量、服务质量和社交媒体变量对购买决策有同步影响。
