Double-sided axial flux permanent magnet motors can be used in different applications such as electric cars, which have attracted so much attention in recent years. There are various structures of double-sided axial flux permanent magnet motors. One of the most recent structures is with two independent rotors that can be loaded separately. It is called two separate rotor axial flux permanent magnet motor. In this article, the loading study of two separate rotor axial flux permanent magnet motor is studied using the finite element method and in two ways. First, the load in one rotor is constant at rated value and the load in the other rotor is increased from no load to rated load, and then, the sum of load in the two rotors is constant.
