Abstrak Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi kian meningkat pesat dan sangat berpengaruh pada dunia usaha, dimana hampir setiap sektor usaha sudah memanfaatkan sistem informasi dalam mengolah informasinya. Dimana dengan pengolahan data yang masih manual dapat terjadi kesalahan seperti dalam proses pencatatan, data yang kurang akurat, proses pencarian data yang akan membutuhkan waktu lebih lama, serta ketika proses pembuatan laporan hasil yang kurang rapih dan maksimal. untuk membangun suatu sistem informasi untuk jasa servis printer dimana sistem informasi ini akan menggunakan framework codeIgniter dengan model waterfall. Penggunaan metode pengembangan sistem Waterfall sebagai metode yang digunakan untuk Sistem Informasi jasa servis printer ini sangat tepat sehingga menghasilkan aplikasi yang bermutu. Serta dengan menggunakan framework codeigniter menjadikan tampilan dari sistem informasi akan lebih menarik. Pembuatan Sistem Informasi Jasa Servis printer merupakan solusi yang tepat untuk mengatasi permasalahan terjadi pada dunia usaha, terutama bagi usaha yang masih menggunakan sistem manual. Sebagai gantinya dapat memakai database yang telah disediakan pada sistem.
