The research was carried out between 01/04/2023-07/04/2023 with the participation of 190 nurses working in a university hospital. The data were collected by using a 22-question information form, prepared by the researcher in line with the literature, which determines the sociodemographic and working life characteristics of the nurses, and the Warwick-Edinburgh Mental Well-Being Scale. Frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, median (min-max), Kruskal Wallis test, Mann Whitney U test, One-Way Analysis of Variance, and Independent Sample t-test were used for data analysis. In line with the findings obtained from this study, the mental well-being levels of nurses were determined at a moderate level. 摘要
