笔者对腺样囊性癌的管状型和实基底样型各1例进行了文献复习，并提出了这些病例。瘫痪被发现了。两例均表现为神经周围、肌肉组织及骨侵犯。分别行上颌半切、次全切。腺样囊性癌的起源被认为是肌上皮细胞与插层导管储备细胞的结合。
