In the wake of guiding principles like lean production, Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) and World Class Performance (WCP), condition monitoring has become a key factor and Special Purpose Machine (SPM) has been dealing with main manufacturers in Europe and Asia for many years. This paper proposes the design of special purpose machine to execute the operation of sensor hole punching and bracket pasting. This method replaces manual method which consumes a lot of time and punches only 60 parts per day. The proposed method is cost efficient, saves a lot of valuable time and contributes to punch 200 parts per day.
