In this study, the population was relatively moderate, as many as 140 villages. 摘要

. 本文旨在探讨人力资源和货币管理数据框架的性质对城镇货币执行的影响,采用探索性研究方法。关于Covid - 19大流行期间村庄财务绩效的人力资源质量和财务管理信息系统,在三宝垄县村进行的财务管理仍然是手动的,而在Covid - 19大流行期间出现的问题都是与村庄财务绩效相关的活动遇到了障碍。因此,三宝垄地区的村庄需要在优质人力资源的支持下,建立具有新冠肺炎管理功能和财务透明度的财务管理信息系统。这项研究的人口是三宝垄县的村庄,共有140个村庄。采用有目的的随机抽样方法进行抽样。在本研究中,人口相对较少,多达140个村庄。从人力资源和信息系统质量中获得的结果对三宝垄地区村庄的货币呈现产生了决定性的影响,村民可以轻松,实用地利用财务信息系统,并保持财务绩效透明度,而不会导致并始终维持具有冠状病毒管理功能的居民健康协议。
