Tujuan: Untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan partisipan dalam menggunakan aplikasi monitoring pertumbuhan dan perkembangan balita berbasis android DEPA 2.1. Metode: Kegiatan ini dilakukan di Kelurahan Argorejo, Sedayu, Bantul pada bulan Mei hingga Juli 2022. Mitra adalah kader kesehatan, ibu balita, dan guru PAUD sebanyak 62 orang. Pelatihan dilakukan secara luring dan diskusi melalui grup WhatsApp. Pengetahuan peserta diukur dengan kuesioner pada awal dan akhir pelatihan, sedangkan ketrampilan kader diukur pada akhir pelatihan dengan lembar observasi yang berupa ceck-list. Analisis data secara diskriptif dan disajikan dengan narasi, tabel dan gambar. Hasil: Pengetahuan peserta tentang pemantauan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan balita naik sebesar 25.5%. Peserta yang terampil menggunakan aplikasi pada akhir pelatihan sebesar 84%. Kesimpulan: Pelatihan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan peserta dalam menggunakan aplikasi android untuk pemantauan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan balita.
