Group 4 rats received a single dose of ZnONPs (600 mg/kg i.p.) on the 29 th day+ 500 mg/ kg b.w. leaf extract via gavage for 4 weeks. At the end of the experiment, blood samples were taken, internal organs were collected, weighted. A complete blood count was performed. Serum was separated to biochemical examination.
