Building a professional trajectory for the development of people with disabilities and health limitations in Vologda region

В статье представлена структурно-функциональная модель, позволяющая выстроить профессиональный профиль личности инвалида (лиц с ОВЗ) с учетом возможностей среднего/высшего профессионального образования в Вологодской области, состоящая из трех блоков (опросы, траектория профобразования, траектория профессиональной карьеры), предоставляющая возможность вывести на индивидуальный уровень проектирование их профессионального вектора развития с учетом выявленных трудностей, уровня образования и имеющихся профкомпетенций, специальных условий труда, квотированных рабочих мест в регионе. Предложенная модель является составной частью комплексного научно-исследовательского проекта на тему «Разработка регионального информационно-аналитического портала «ПЕРСПЕКТИВА-PRO» как инструмента профориентации, образования и содействия трудоустройству инвалидов и лиц с ОВЗ», нацелена на максимальную полезность в оценке профессиональных компетенций и возможностей их получения. Даются рекомендации по предпочтительному профессиональному выбору с учетом спектра имеющихся образовательных организаций среднего и высшего профессионального образования The article presents a structural and functional model that allows building a professional profile of a disabled person (people with disabilities) taking into account the possibilities of secondary vocational / higher professional education in Vologda region. The model consists of three parts (surveys, trajectory of vocational education, trajectory of professional career), provides an opportunity to design their professional development at the individual level taking into account the identified difficulties, the level of education and professional competencies, special working conditions, job quotas in the region. The proposed model is an integral part of a comprehensive research project on the topic “Development of the regional information and analytical portal “PERSPECTIVE-PRO” as a tool for career guidance, education and assistance to the employment of people with disabilities and health limitations”, aimed at maximum usefulness in assessing professional competencies and opportunities. The authors give recommendations on the preferred professional choice with reference to the range of available educational organizations of secondary vocational and higher professional education.
