摘要

提出了单箔型气体电子倍增探测器的增益预测理论。研制了单箔气相电子倍增探测器。测量了同位素Fe-55发射能量为5.9 keV的软x射线能谱。在此基础上,确定了增益和能量分辨率与探测器电压的依赖关系。提出了增益依赖于各种探测器参数的简单理论。研究的初步结果证实了GEM探测器作为多线比例室的替代品的潜在用途。

Gain prediction theory of single foil Gas Electron Multiplier detector was developed. Gas electron multiplier (GEM) detector with single foil was developed.
