摘要

本研究以防灾、社交网络服务(SNS)、智能手机为关键词,考虑与之有机结合,运用防灾“信任”与“人际关系”在区域内的深化。在地震等灾害发生时,该如何对现场的区域信息进行准确定位,该如何在邻居之间进行互助直到救援队到达,该如何了解自己的情况使用现有的灾害管理系统,这些问题都是必须作为背景来解决的。把灾害的损害降到最低,为灾害做准备就是预防。我假设,不仅仅是一年一次的灾难演习,邻里的哪些日常活动可能会导致合作工作的想法,智能手机可能会被期待的问题,以及智能手机与SNS的高度亲和力,在紧急情况下用户友好的触摸屏观看的想法。我可以如何共享信息,考虑可以做些什么来拯救他们,如何利用这些特征,通过实验进行验证。
