Therefore, this system can also save time, effort, and administrative costs. In this study, Active Server Pages (ASP) has been chosen to make the calculation and also to generate reports. After the system has been developed, a test was conducted using forms that have been simulated manually. 摘要
本研究的主要目的是为马来西亚珀斯大学(UniMAP)的工作人员开发一个计算机系统，以便通过电子媒体提出索赔。由于这个系统是基于web的，工作人员可以在任何地方、任何时间和任何地点提出索赔。该方法不仅克服了人为误差，而且更加高效、快速、准确。因此，该系统还可以节省时间、精力和管理成本。在本研究中，选择了Active Server Pages (ASP)来进行计算并生成报告。系统开发完成后，使用手动模拟的表单进行了测试。目的是使研究人员能够与使用开发的系统进行比较，以便从系统中的人工模拟中发现错误或缺陷。
