The stability of the system and operation characteristics of electromagnetic speed regulating shearer were analyzed on the Z plane; the response curves of discrete controller and frequency response curve of the system of the step signal were simulated in the zero-order holder. 摘要

在对电磁调速采煤机控制机理进行综述研究的基础上,建立了电磁调速采煤机连续时间系统双环控制系统的数学模型。根据连续控制系统中各环节的控制类型和特点,在离散时域采用脉冲传递函数,推导出离散时间模型Z变换参数系统的表达式。在Z平面上分析了电磁调速采煤机系统的稳定性和工作特性;在零阶保持器中模拟了离散控制器的响应曲线和阶跃信号系统的频率响应曲线。结合实际电磁调速采煤机,编写了相应的应用程序,分别对电磁调速采煤机在空载、自由停车和加载条件下的双闭环控制系统进行了测试,对比了测试数据与仿真结果的一致性。
