摘要

以京东商城、天猫等电商平台的真实评论为数据资源,通过对顾客网购评论词汇的分析,得到了11个构成e词汇的指标,得到了11个构成电商平台顾客满意度指标体系和满意度指数值的指标。利用投影寻踪模型(PPM)和遗传算法对满意度指标进行进一步计算。结果表明:对电商平台整体满意度影响最大的是产品美誉度和知名度;在京东商城、天猫和亚马逊这三个电商平台中,京东商城的整体满意度是最好的。同时,每个电子商务平台都有自己的优势和劣势。
