This paper presents a simulation system that deals with the analysis, monitoring, and evaluation of signals in the interaction of Radar and Electronic Counter Measure Systems (ECM). The computational system is modular and flexible and is aimed at the realistic description of the behavior of many modem radars, jamming and deception techniques. The final goal of the system is the graphical representation of the target range and velocity tracking features. Important and essential parameters for the evaluation of Radar Systems in the presence of ECM can therefore be characterized.
