Thus, bidirectional BC is very beneficial feature for both the EV driver and the grid operators. In this paper an updated review is presented about the single-phase bidirectional BC. The review is compromised on four main parameters; the BC lifetime which based mainly on the capacitor type, efficiency, cost and the power factor (PF).
