摘要

本文研究了平行于焊缝轴线加载的侧角焊接头在低温条件下的断裂行为和强度。本文对温度对焊接接头断裂行为的影响进行了实验研究。在20℃~ -170℃的温度范围内,对五种焊接试样进行了实验。试验结果表明:1)不同温度下出现了三种不同的断裂模式;2)与温度有关的临界剪切位移可作为此类焊接接头断裂的工程断裂准则;3)在此类焊接接头中,焊缝金属在低温剪切力作用下的小尺度断裂可诱发母材的致命脆性断裂。
