摘要

如何在水平井钻井中有效传递和施加钻压,提高破岩效率和钻速,是提高水平井钻井质量、速度和经济效益的关键技术。因此,基于现阶段适用于油田横向钻井的16孔和7孔喷嘴高压射流,开展高压水射流水力计算及破岩机理研究。利用三维建模软件建立模型,结合数值模拟软件对高压水射流速度场进行分析。根据不同的注入量,分别计算了工作流体为纯水和固液两相固含量为4%时两种喷嘴的局部扬程,通过模拟的局部扬程与注入量的关系表达式,计算出16孔和7孔喷嘴各孔的最大速度和确保破岩临界注入量,并对两种钻头的破岩效果进行了对比分析。同时分析喷嘴角度对破岩效果的影响,从而优化喷嘴的最佳角度,为横向钻井高压射流破岩的推广应用提供理论依据。
