IBM SPSS 23 and IBM AMOS 23 package programs were used in the analysis. 摘要

目的-本研究的目的是评估开展研发和创新活动的公司的技术创新能力对产品绩效和营销绩效的影响。方法-本研究的主要对象包括4916家公司,这些公司于2018年4月在土耳其的56个科技园区内开展活动。采用IBM SPSS 23和IBM AMOS 23软件包程序进行分析。在研究中,分别采用解释因子分析、验证性因子分析和结构方程模型(SEM)分析来检验所提出的研究模型中的关系。研究发现——通过结构方程模型分析发现,研发能力对产品绩效和营销绩效具有显著的正向影响;而学习能力、营销能力,最终产品绩效直接影响营销绩效。原创性/价值——本研究对文献的主要贡献在于,它不仅解释了某些类型的创新对企业绩效的影响,而且以更具体的方式处理了创新能力与企业绩效之间的关系,揭示了技术创新能力对产品和营销绩效的影响。
