{"title":"强烈的变形模拟混凝土对燃烧后极端情况","authors":"Alim Alkhamuddin, Adiguna Adiguna","doi":"10.31851/deformasi.v3i2.2361","DOIUrl":null,"url":null,"abstract":"Abstract The change of strong of concrete pressure after burning and cooling down by watering can used to make approximately the level of building brokeness that burned and calmed by using water.  The method that used in this research was experiment method required K300 concrete, it formed with size 15 cm x 15 cm x 15 cm totally 21 concrete with variation, i.e. 3 normal concretes, burning concrete at 1 hour, 2 hours and 3 hours with common cooling down in every 3 concrete.  In eddition, burning concretes at 1 hour, 2 hours and 3 hours with cooling down by using watering in every 3 concretes.  The data collected by using testing technique to experiment objects and compiler materials of experiment objects with rules that used in laboratory that refer to SNI.  The result of experiment objects indicated that concretes were burned trough normal cooling down become discharge of strong of concretes pressure amount 8% at 1 hour of burning, 13% at 2 hours of burning and 32% at 3 hours of burning than normal concrete.  Afterwards at burning and cooling by using watering , the discharge of strong of concrete pressure amount 20% at 1 hour of burning, 32% at 2 hours of burning and 40% at 3 hours of burning.  From the result of testing can be make conclution that the process of cooling down by using watering in burning makes increasing to discharge of strong of pressure concrete itself. 摘要

摘要:混凝土在燃烧和浇水冷却后的压力强度变化可以近似于燃烧和用水冷却后的建筑破碎程度。本研究采用的方法是实验法,需要K300混凝土,尺寸为15cm × 15cm × 15cm,共21个变化的混凝土,即3个正常混凝土,1小时、2小时、3小时燃烧混凝土,每3个混凝土共同冷却。此外,在1小时,2小时和3小时内燃烧混凝土,每3个混凝土使用浇水冷却。使用测试技术对实验对象采集的数据和实验对象的编译材料,使用实验室使用的规则参考SNI。试验对象的结果表明,通过正常冷却燃烧的混凝土在燃烧1小时、燃烧2小时和燃烧3小时时的强度压力比普通混凝土高8%、13%和32%。在燃烧和浇水冷却后,燃烧1小时时混凝土压力强度的排放量为20%,燃烧2小时时为32%,燃烧3小时时为40%。从试验结果可以得出结论,在燃烧中浇水冷却的过程中增加了混凝土本身的抗压强度。关键词:混凝土;燃烧;冷却
