Based on the analysis of power customer value, this paper constructs a customer value evaluation index system including current value and potential value, and determines the combined weight of evaluation index by using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and entropy weight method, and then combines with Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method to construct an power customer value evaluation model based on combined weight-TOPSIS. 摘要
优质客户对电力企业的持续发展起着至关重要的作用。电力客户价值分析是电力企业针对不同价值的客户实施差异化服务,实现效益最大化的依据。在分析电力客户价值的基础上,构建了包括当前价值和潜在价值在内的客户价值评价指标体系,利用层次分析法(AHP)和熵权法确定了评价指标的组合权重,并结合TOPSIS法(Order Preference Technique by Similarity to Ideal Solution, TOPSIS)构建了基于组合权重的电力客户价值评价模型。最后,选取某地级市供电企业的15个客户进行具体分析,验证客户价值评价模型的有效性和实用性。
