摘要

行人与汽车发生交通事故的主要原因是行人不能在绿灯范围内安全通过十字路口。从行人的角度来看,可能有两个原因。首先是行人不能加速穿过十字路口,比如老人。另一个原因是行人没有意识到信号阶段将会改变,他们的通行权将会失去。开发信号逻辑以保护行人通过十字路口是本研究的首要目的。此外,提高公共交通服务的可靠性和减少延误是第二个目的。因此,在设计信号逻辑时也考虑了总线抢占。本研究以台北市重庆北路与民族西路交叉口的交通数据为研究对象,通过仿真对信号逻辑进行标定和验证。采用微观交通仿真软件VISSIM 5.20对其进行仿真。
