This research is an ex-post facto research with a research population of 970 with a sample of 283 students from the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, University of Muhammadiyah Tasikmalaya using proportionate random sampling. The sample selection used the sample probability technique, the instrument testing was carried out on students outside the sample as many as 48 students, data collection used a questionnaire method and the techniques used were descriptive techniques and multiple regression analysis techniques. 摘要
一个国家的进步可以从人力资源的质量上看出来,形成高素质的人,当然不是一蹴而就的,而是可以通过教育来实现的。情商也很高。本研究的目的是确定(1)学习动机是否对学科有影响(2)情绪智力是否对学科有影响(3)学习动机和情绪智力是否对Tasikmalaya Muhammadiyah University FKIP学生的学科有影响。本研究是一项事后研究,研究对象为970人,样本为283名来自穆罕默德大学教师培训与教育学院的学生,采用比例随机抽样。样本选择采用样本概率技术,对样本外的学生进行仪器检验,样本外多达48名学生,数据收集采用问卷调查法,使用的技术是描述性技术和多元回归分析技术。本研究的结果是:(1)学习动机水平属于中等范畴;(2)情绪智力水平被包括在中等类别,(3)纪律水平被包括在中等类别;(4)学习动机对学生纪律的影响与tcount 3,025和表1968之间存在关系;(5)情绪智力对学生纪律的影响与tcount 4.723和表1968之间存在关系;(6)学习动机和情绪智力对学生纪律的影响是相互影响的。
