摘要

新能源的接入将给传统电力系统带来诸多问题。新能源捆绑输送可以减弱风能和太阳能波动带来的不利影响,比纯风电或光伏输出更平稳、可控。本文构建了风-光电-热捆绑输电系统的框架,并基于MATLAB / Simulink建立了系统的仿真模型。提出了带功率振荡阻尼(POD)的STATCOM控制策略,并以阻尼比为目标函数对STATCOM-POD控制器参数进行了协调和优化。特征值分析和仿真结果表明,通过所提方法优化的控制器参数能有效提高系统的阻尼比,通过参数协调和优化能有效改善系统的整体阻尼特性和动态稳定性。
