摘要

提出了一种新型的微环谐振器滤波器结构:n阶微环矩阵谐振器滤波器。根据传递矩阵法建立了稳态方程,求解了二阶和三阶条件下的传递表达式。并与具有相同环数的微环阵列进行了滤波性能对比分析。研究发现,在参数相同的情况下,n阶微环矩阵谐振器滤波器具有通频带宽、整形因数大、无旁瓣等特点,可用于宽信道、高容量的波分复用系统。
