讨论了核电厂RCP-RRA及连接进口阀在役检验中存在的问题和风险,并根据风险知情技术的本质,提出了优化在役检验策略的方法。以国内某压水堆核电站为例,通过决定论与概率论的结合,论证了该优化方法的应用过程。结果表明,延长RCP-RRA连接进口阀的拆卸检验周期是可以接受的,验证了优化方法的可行性,并指出阀门监测措施对优化方法的影响,从而为核电厂的综合决策和安全评审提供支持。
