Cathodoluminescence Characterization of ZnO Nanorods Grown by Wet Chemical Synthesis
We demonstrate cathodoluminescence measurements of individual ZnO nanorods synthesized by wet chemical method. Strong UV emission and relatively weak orange-red emission are observed.
