There are several objectives that need to be accomplished in developing this project which are to develop fire alert detection system (FADS) for home user using ZigBee wireless network and to evaluate the effectiveness of the home FADS by testing it in different distances and the functionality of heat sensor. Based from the experiments, the results show that the home FADS could function as expected. It also could detect heat and alarm triggered when temperature is above particular value.
