摘要

针对预浸胶带卷绕工艺中手工缝制方法效率低、应力集中等问题,提出了采用热压技术进行预浸胶带的拼接。设计了拼接装置和自动控制系统。通过对紧密接触和自粘过程的理论分析,确定了主要影响拼接质量的关键参数。它们分别是温度、压强和时间。并通过实验测试考察了这三个参数对拼接质量的影响机理,在此基础上选择合适的参数值,以实现拼接区的良好性能。

Research on hot-press splicing technology for composite prepreg tape
