The topology needs 3 DC voltage sources and 7 switches to produce 15 levels at the load, beyond having a smaller number of switches has the advantages in terms of low voltage stresses across the switches. As an add on, a detailed comparative study of different topologies has been discussed in the paper to illustrate the advantages and features of the proposed topologies.
