摘要

本文提出了一种基于模糊控制器的俯仰角控制的变速风力发电系统输出功率平滑新策略。该方法以汽轮机功率及其参考值作为模糊控制器的控制输入变量,利用双指数平滑法确定汽轮机功率参考值。该方法可以有效地平滑发电机输出功率,而不需要储能系统进行功率补偿。通过对2 mw PMSG风力发电系统的仿真验证了该方法的有效性。
