摘要

现有的基于内容的图像检索算法大多是在空间域中实现的。为了节省图像解压缩的时间,提出了一种基于压缩域DCT主色和纹理特征的图像检索方法。利用DCT子块中DCT系数的均值和方差来描述图像特征。将方差小于阈值的DCT子块的均值作为主色并用于构建图像索引,从方差大于阈值的DCT子块中提取纹理特征。实验结果表明,该算法具有良好的性能。
