摘要

现代工业对大批量生产的要求越来越高,自动化已成为实现高产量、低人力成本的关键。产品分拣过程中最重要的领域之一需要是一个完全自动化的过程,减少人为错误的分拣产品。在本研究中,我们构建了一个基于图像处理的颜色传感器来识别颜色对象,然后使用PLC对这些产品进行分类,具有更高的精度和自动运行的过程。在这个项目中,我们建造了一个小型传送带,可以传输4种不同颜色的物体,用树莓派带摄像头作为颜色传感器,根据PLC软件将输入信号传递给PLC, PLC产生输出信号驱动CD驱动器,将每个物体从传送带弹出到属于它的颜色盒中,并通过HMI显示系统中相同颜色的物体数量进行监控。
