The model uses factorization machine and embedding layer to decompose the parameter matrix into low dimensional parameter matrix; The Attentional Mechanism is introduced to learn the weight of cross features and extract important features; A fully connected depth network is introduced to realize the mining of higher-order cross features. 摘要

在后疫情时代和科技金融的快速发展中,银行信用卡营销受到了极大的冲击。本文提出了一种新的深度学习模型DeepAFM (deep attention Factorization Machine),用于预测银行潜在的信用卡用户,为银行精准营销提供有效依据。该模型利用因子分解机和嵌入层将参数矩阵分解为低维参数矩阵;引入注意机制学习交叉特征的权重,提取重要特征;采用全连接深度网络实现高阶交叉特征的挖掘。最后,通过与其他算法的比较,结果表明DeepAFM模型的表达能力更好,重要数据的自动挖掘更加准确。
