摘要

针对某型特种车辆工作舱顶置支撑设备部件支架,以OptiStruct软件为优化设计平台,采用变密度法对支架进行拓扑优化。重建支架几何模型,对支架进行有限元分析,并对优化前后支架的应力和变形进行了比较。结果表明,拓扑优化方法是利用有限元法对机械加载结构进行拓扑优化的有效优化方法。本文所采用的模型和方法为机械结构和零部件轻量化设计提供了重要的设计参考。
