In a high-frequency inverter circuit, the design of the snubber circuit, which suppresses surge voltage, is essential to achieve kilowatt operation. The authors are aiming to simulate a surge voltage in order to decide the parameters of the snubber circuit. In this paper, the surge voltage is simulated using the analysis result of the PCB and the models of the passive components.
