Palabras clave: dirección y gestión de empresas, factores psicosociales.\nAbstract\nThe objective of this research is to identify the psychosocial risk factors in Chihuahua City’s automotive distribution agencies that adversely affect the quality of life of workers and therefore, having a negative or unfavorable impact on their productivity. Instruments indicated in the Official Gazette of the Federation NOM-035 were used, which have an ordinal scale of measurement with Likert-type options and with a Cronbach alpha higher than 0.7. As a result, the “Level of Pressure” in reference to the employer-employee relationship is extremely intense among members of the supply chain, which is reflected in an unfavorable ‘work environment, combined with non-positive leadership styles. To gather the necessary information, Google Forms and questionnaire instruments estabashed in NOM with an ordinal scale, based on reference Guides II and III were used. The information was then processed with the use of Excel and SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) version 23. Deterministic and simple random sampling was used.
