Therefore, the writer do research on the analysis of mistakes Nahwu students in the Department of Arabic Language Education. The purpose of the study is to find the model of error made in the use of structure Idhafi and Washfi, to find out the cause of the mistakes made on the use of Idhafi and Washfi structures to prevent mistakes made by students on the use of Idhafi and Washfi structures. In addition, the writer uses descriptive method in perfecting the writing of scientific papers a study conducted through the classifying of a natural occurrence, explanation of a relationship and content, so the writer uses direct observation and Pre-test as an instrument. And the writer also get results include: many mistakes Nahwu made by students in Arabic Language Education are as follows: the structure of Idhafi and Washfi and Imlak. The most error is the structure of Washfi which amounted to 17 errors. 摘要
