This research used causal research methodology and analyzed by Partial Least Squares (Smart-PLS 2.0). It was found that integrated IT had positive and significant effect on firm performance pass through innovative capability. 摘要

公司绩效构成了一个严重的问题，印尼物流服务提供商(LSP)，因此，绩效的改善是重要的和紧迫的事情，特别是在东盟经济共同体的背景下的公司。从概念上讲，已有研究表明企业绩效受创新能力的影响，而创新能力受资源的影响。研究还表明，并非所有资源都对创新能力有显著的正向影响。综合IT作为资源之一，根据政府规定，必须由印尼的物流服务提供商拥有。本研究旨在透过创新能力来评估整合资讯科技(IT)对企业绩效的影响。本研究采用因果研究方法，并采用偏最小二乘法(Smart-PLS 2.0)进行分析。研究发现，集成信息技术通过创新能力对企业绩效有显著的正向影响。结果表明，资源必须转化为能力，才能对企业绩效产生积极而显著的影响。
