摘要

为了改进高精度电阻校准器系统,建立了硬件电路各部分的误差分析模型,给出了电阻校准器电路输出误差的计算结果。为了进一步提高电阻校准器系统的精度,根据误差分布原理提出了误差分布方案,并进行了可行性分析验证,使电阻校准器系统满足指标和要求。
