摘要

针对铁路企业接触网接触电力线计划停电时电力机车被拉入无电单元(区)的误操作、超限列车进入非规定轨道等情况,提出了一种基于射频识别、屏幕鼠标坐标和高清成像分析的动态停电运行区域数据对比库的“三要素双确认”处理对比方法。整个数据采集、分析和逻辑判断过程不干扰当前运行的相关系统,也避免了获取现有系统接口权限的复杂程序,是一个外部独立的预警系统。该系统的使用有效地防止了电力机车进入无动力区(网)和超载载货列车排入错轨事故的发生,希望对铁路领域提供一定的参考价值。
