摘要

企业转型、执法和人权保障是适用于世界各国和民族的战略性和(或)普遍性问题,尤其成为国有企业及其子公司面临的挑战和困境。本研究旨在了解国有企业/国有企业子公司如何预测和业务转型与执法和人权保护相关的企业犯罪行为的威胁,并了解业务转型执法人员和相关机构如何预测宪法法院第01/PHPU-PRES/XVII 2019号决定后对国有企业/国有企业子公司的影响。本研究采用的方法是规范法律研究。结果表明,国有企业/国有企业子公司在支持企业内部和外部事务的业务转型、执法和人权保护方面发挥着核心作用。宪法法院第01/PHPU-PRES/XVII/2019号决定后成为法律来源,可以激励执法官员和相关机构/机构对国有企业和/或国有企业子公司的法律法规进行适当调整。
