摘要

随着我国废旧电器电子设备的迅速增加,废旧电器电子设备的处理问题引起了人们的极大关注。政府正在起草法规,将使原始设备制造商正式负责收回其产品。在未来的日子里,物流网络设计对于高效管理报废电子电气设备至关重要。本文的目的是对报废电子电气设备的物流网络设计进行详细的研究。首先,从资源再利用的角度出发,提出了报废电子电气设备综合物流网络,考虑了报废电子电气设备整体再利用、部分再利用以及报废电子电气设备分解后的再生材料再利用的所有问题。其次,提出了WEEE物流网络设计的混合整数规划(MIP)模型,其目标是优化WEEE物流网络基础设施,使总成本最小化。最后,通过一个假设的例子进行了说明
