摘要

本文针对散货码头调度技术中存在的调度模型不清晰、智能化程度低等问题,根据散货码头调度业务的现状和需求,根据散货码头泊位堆场的实际调度特点和使用规律,分析散货码头的业务流程和特点,结合散货码头泊位与堆场间协调因素复杂的特点,提出了一种基于粒子群优化算法的散货码头多资源协同调度模型,并对算法进行了分析。本文还提出了散货码头调度的优化方案。
