摘要

本研究的目的是确定:1)工作动机与教师工作纪律之间的关系,2)工作环境与教师工作纪律之间的关系,3)印度尼西亚国家初中教师工作动机、工作环境与工作纪律之间的关系。雅加达西部的Palmerah区。本研究采用调查法进行。可负担人群为134名教师,研究样本为西雅加达Palmerah区100名公立初中教师。为获得问卷条目的效度,采用积矩相关法对问卷结果进行分析:在《教师工作纪律》的33个条目中,有30个条目被宣布有效;34项工作动机中,31项有效;在《工作环境》36项中,申报有效34项。
