The lack of quality and appropriateness of teacher preparation in planning learning before starting teaching and learning activities results in the learning quality not being optimal. This motivates researchers to improve the quality of teaching planning with the ELPSA framework. The ELPSA framework is an interesting learning framework for students, because it emphasizes the importance of interaction between students and students, students and teachers, and communicative because the teacher's creativity is highlighted to create comfortable and enjoyable learning. This research is a qualitative descriptive study in an effort to improve the ability of Pedagogical Conten Knowledge (PCK) of prospective Mathematics teacher students. Data is obtained from the study of the RPP with ELPSA framework and video analysis of the application of RPP produced in the learning process of prospective teacher students in the class. And from the results of the RPP review and video analysis, the success percentage was 86.61% for the RPP study data and 90.21% from the study and analysis of learning videos. Thus it can be concluded that the Design of ELPSA Work Plan RPP can improve the pedagogical Content Knoledge (PCK) capabilities of prospective mathematics teachers.
