It is analyzed the reasons for the formation of the lever-arm effect, proposed an compensation algorithm for the leve-r arm effect, built the mathematical model of velocity and acceleration, took a method of velocity and position matching in transfer alignment, used the method of calculating the compensation to compensate the lever-arm velocity, and diminished the effect of the lever-arm effect on the transfer alignment accuracy.
