Through Amos software, a model of college students’ satisfaction with their majors contains 5 latent variables. From the perspective of college students’ satisfaction with their majors, this article puts forward some suggestions and measures for college talent training programs. The results show that the main factors that affect college students’ satisfaction with their majors are: the degree of students' cognition of the major, satisfaction with learning resources, recognition of professional teachers’ professional level, recognition of the school’s teaching training plan, the compatibility of the evaluation of the future prospects of one’s own profession. 摘要

本文以广东省部分高校为例,运用因子分析法构建大学生专业满意度指标体系,并运用结构方程模型确定满意度权重。通过Amos软件,建立了一个包含5个潜在变量的大学生专业满意度模型。本文从大学生专业满意度的角度出发,对高校人才培养提出了一些建议和措施。结果表明,影响大学生专业满意度的主要因素有:学生对专业的认知程度、对学习资源的满意度、对专业教师专业水平的认可程度、对学校教学培养计划的认可程度、对自身专业未来前景评价的兼容性。其中,对学校教学培训计划的认可是影响其满意度的首要因素,其次是对专业教师专业水平的认可,影响最小的是学生对专业的认知程度。
